Focus on the Family

Family health is important, it’s the binds that keep your family’s relationships strong. Happier families equal happier individuals.  This activity will help you focus on the family.

  1. FUN -by this I mean focused fun. Not everything has to be about rules. Keep it lighthearted and have some fun.
  2. ACTIVE -being active together as a family increases overall family happiness. It is a way for you and your family to be adventurous and give everybody the attention and acceptance that they need.
  3. MEANINGFUL -being mindful of those meaningful moments, enjoying them when they happen, and modeling these behaviors for your family.
  4. INSPIRE -inspiring each other together and always looking to bring the other person up.
  5. LOVE ❤️ love more, tell the people you love that you love them!
  6. YESABILITY -stop saying no, and start saying yes! Be silly be funny, and do it together.
