    So what is the big hype about oil pulling? Aside from the fact that it is one of the oldest and most powerful ways of improving oral health, oil pulling is natural, easy,  and a cost effective way of caring for your teeth. Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic practice traditionally using sesame seed oil.  The technique involves swishing the oil in the mouth of 10-20 minutes, covering all areas under the tongue and between the teeth.
